My Electric Pressure Cooker arrived and I could not wait to try it out…this is my first try and OH MY YUMMINESS…next time I will add some baby carrots…from frig to fork in 30 minutes…it is cold and wet here in the PNW so this was perfect…Enjoy!
Arborio & Chicken Soup
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 T Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
2 T Avocado Oil
1 T Rustic Herb Seasoning
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T Garlic Garlic
1 c Arborio Rice
1 14.5 oz can of Chicken broth
1/2 c water
Place the oil in the inner pot…press the chicken/meat. Sauté the chicken. Add everything and stir. Place the lid on the Pressure Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release value to closed. Use the Rice/Risotto button…open the pressure release value …when the steam is completely released, remove the lid and serve!
