Everything is frozen here so this was perfect for dinner…we used cubed chicken instead of ground turkey…and I added a can of petite diced tomatoes and left out the chilies (gives hubby heartburn) yummy!!! Made Mini Beer Breads with Garlic Pepper mixed into the batter
Wahoo! White Chili
1¼ pounds ground turkey
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
¼ cup Wahoo! Chili® Seasoning **
3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
2 (15 ounce) cans Grean Northern or cannellini beans, drained
1 cup sour cream

In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine turkey, green chilies and Wahoo!® Chili Seasoning.
Cook and crumble until turkey is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
Add chicken broth and beans; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream; simmer until heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with a green salad.
Make ahead & freeze: Combine step 1 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
