Winter Solutions #19…Hickory-Smoked Parmesan Chicken

Oh My…delicious Simple…full of flavor…super fast!!  Everyone needs to try this recipe…I made some roasted potatoes to go with…find recipe here:  Sea Salt & Herb Roasted Potatoes

Hickory-Smoked Parmesan Chicken

6 (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts (1½ lbs.)
½ cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet Hickory-Smoked Bacon Sauce Mix
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°. Place chicken in a large bowl and coat with olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; roll chicken in mixture to coat. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake 25-35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°. Serve with roasted potato wedges and a side salad. Makes 6 servings.
Make ahead & freeze
Place chicken and oil in a gallon resealable freezer bag. In a quart resealable freezer bag, combine last 4 ingredients. Place both bags in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw and prepare according to directions above.

1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper Seasoning
28 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 packet Red Bell Pepper Hummus Mix
1-2 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
