Another great dinner…and super fast…the nice thing about having cooked chicken…this only take 35 minutes to cook…full of delicious flavor…and plenty of sauce to add more tortellini if you wanted…
15 oz. jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 packet Tuscan Chicken Slow Cooker Sauce Mix
1 (19-20 oz.) pkg. fresh tortellini (refrigerated or thawed, if frozen)
3 cups torn cooked chicken or deli rotisserie chicken.
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°. In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, combine Alfredo sauce, undrained tomatoes and Tuscan Chicken Slow Cooker Sauce Mix. Stir in thawed pasta and chicken. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake, covered, 35 minutes or until bubbly and pasta is tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
Make ahead & freeze
Assemble in a 2-quart casserole dish or disposable dish. Freeze. Thaw and bake as directed above.
