I was ready for dinner at 4pm this smelled so good cooking in the slow cooker today! We added some tater tots and perfect easy to prepare (and clean up) dinner!!
Combine first 5 ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 6-7 hours or until pork shreds easily. Serve on buns. Use extra juice for dipping. Serve with a pickle spear and macaroni salad. Makes 6 servings.
Tip: Serve pork between slices of bread and top with mashed potatoes. To make a gravy, thicken meat juice with equal parts cornstarch and cold water.
Make ahead & freeze
Combine first 5 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw and prepare as directed above.
