Fall Meal Solutions #29…Merlot & Mushroom Salisbury Steak

I used Onion Onion instead of sliced onion because even though my hubby loves them it gives him heartburn and using our Onion Onion Seasoning gives him the flavor without the heartburn…I needed to add an extra Tablespoon of oil…which I used our Garlic Infused Oil instead of vegetable oil…this was great and VERY filling!!

  1. Kimber!

I made the most amazing turkey pot pie tonight using garlic garlic and spinach and herb mix. It was so good. My kids ate every bite! And it was a great way to use up the rest of our turkey.

I sautéed onion, celery in olive oil. Added the chopped turkey. Added flour to the mix followed by chicken stock and a bit of half and half. Added salt and pepper, garlic garlic and the spinach herb seasoning and half a bag of frozen peas and carrots and threw it in a 9 X 13 and covered it with a premade crust and baked it at 400 for 30 minutes. It was superb!
