Fall Meal Solutions #28…Ultimate Pork Roast with Pan Gravy

I did not think I could make gravy but this was amazing and so simple…taste as good as any I have ever had…so if you have a recipe that you have not tried because of FEAR please try this one!  I did not mess with foil and it turned out great…
Ultimate Roast Pork with Pan Gravy
Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil , divided (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1 Tbsp. 1 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning , divided (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
2-3 lbs. pork loin roast
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1-1½ cups reduced sodium chicken broth

Preheat oven to 400°. Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil.
Combine 1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil and 1 Tbsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning. Rub all over roast.
Place roast, fat-side-up, in pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Remove roast from oven. Let stand 15 minutes.
Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour and remaining 1 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning. Cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture is a medium blonde color.
Whisk in 1 cup chicken broth and all of the juice from the pan; bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, whisking constantly. Add additional chicken broth as needed for desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.

Merlot & Mushroom Slow Cooker Sauce , divided (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ medium onion, sliced
8 oz. sliced fresh button mushrooms
Cooked mashed potatoes (optional)
