Fall Meal Solutions #22…Superb Beef Stroganoff

Yummy ….I used Bayou Bourbon and Aged balsamic Vinegar of Modena (order both at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com) instead of Worcestershire Sauce…upped the flavor even more!  I did not freeze ahead just added everything to the crockpot

Superb Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
14.5 oz. can beef broth
2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
8 oz. pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. box your favorite cooked pasta
Combine first 7 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely. Place in a greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low for 7-8 hours. Combine sour cream and corn starch, mix well. Stir into slow cooker until well blended; cook an additional 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens. Pour over pasta. Makes about 6 servings. Sides: vegetable of choice

3½ lbs. pork shoulder roast
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
½ tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. or Juice of 1 lime
1/3 cup orange juice
