Fall 30 Meal Solutions…#3 Sassy Sloppy Joes

The only thing i did differently with this recipe is I used 2 T Onion Onion in place of the onion and found some mini ciabatta rolls…very good!

Sassy Sloppy Joes

1½ lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
¾ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
15 oz. can red beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 whole wheat buns

Serve it tonight: In a large skillet brown ground beef and onions; drain. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon onto buns.

Freeze it for later: Combine first 2 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Combine next 4 ingredients in a quart resealable freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Prepare as directed above.

Serve with coleslaw and pickles.

½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
