Day 23…DinnerTime Delights…Saucy Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin 

I baked this …it took about 60 minutes…they were Very thick and VERY good…I made extras and froze them …

Saucy Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Recipe
ingredients

1½ lbs. pork tenderloin

6 slices precooked bacon (I did not precook my bacon)

1 – 1½ tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)

1/3 cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)

¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)

Assembly instructions: Cut pork tenderloin into 6 pieces; wrap bacon around each piece, then wrap in wax paper. Place in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Combine the next 3 ingredients and pour into a quart resealable freezer bag. Put both bags together in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze.
Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, or bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°. Brush with sauce while grilling; drizzle remaining sauce over finished tenderloin. Makes 6 servings.

14.5 oz. can chicken broth
1 cup frozen corn (or 7-8 oz. can corn)
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup uncooked instant rice
4 Tbsp. Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
6 (8-inch) tortillas (optional)
