This was super delicious but I made some changes…went to the frid and no sour cream or Worcestershire sauce…didn’t get stew meat…so I made it with ground beef, cream of mushroom soup and Bayou Bourbon…and made it on the stove top!
Simple Beef Stroganoff Recipe1½ lbs. stew meat
1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
14.5 oz. can beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
1 cup sour cream
12 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Assembly instructions: Combine first 8 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze.
Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Place in greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 7-8 hours. Stir in the sour cream 30 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Makes 6 servings.
