Day 21…DinnerTime Delights…Slow-Cooker Lasagna 

this is so incredibly easy and being able to clean everything up several hours before you eat…perfect.  I did not make this ahead of time just put it all together in the crockpot and turned it one

Slow-Cooker Lasagna Recipe


1 lb. lean ground beef, browned (I used browned ground sausage)

2 tsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning (order at

1 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning (order at

3-4 Tbsp. Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix (order at

28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

15 oz. can tomato sauce

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

15 oz. ricotta cheese (optional)

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles, broken

Assembly instructions: Add ground beef and next 5 ingredients to a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Add the cheese to a second gallon bag. In a third gallon bag, place the uncooked lasagna noodles. Place all three gallon bags into one 2-gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. 

**I combined a a bowl and then layered in the slow cooker

 Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. In large, greased slow cooker layer meat, cheese and noodles; repeat layering twice, ending with meat layer. Top with a little mozzarella cheese. Cover, cook on low 3-4 hours. Remove slow cooker lid and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

1 cup sour cream

12 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
