Day 19…DinnerTime Delights…Easy Baked Mac and Cheese

This needs no changes!!  I made the whole batch…half in the freezer and half for tonight!

Easy Baked Mac & Cheese Recipe


12 oz. penne pasta, cooked as directed

1 cup milk

12 oz. can evaporated milk

3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup cottage cheese (optional)

1 packet Garden Salsa Cheese Ball Mix 

2 tsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning 

1 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning 

½-1 tsp. Seasoned Salt 

1 tsp. pepper

1 cup diced ham

¼ cup bread crumbs (optional)

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)

Assembly instructions: Combine all but last three ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze. 

Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350°; place in greased 2½ quart casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Make 6 servings. 

Optional: For a crumb topping, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter and sprinkle on top after uncovering. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

6 hamburger buns

6 slices Swiss cheese

6 slices bacon, fried
