Day 11 of 28…DinnerTime Delight…Honey Balsamic Pork Roast Recipe

This was melt in your mouth delicious!!  I threw in some red potatoes out of the garden and made Bayou Bourbon Green Beans…better than any restaurant meal!!   Honey Balsamic Pork Roast Recipe 2-3 lbs. pork shoulder roast Salt and pepper to taste 14.5 oz. can beef broth ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, such as our Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (order at add to cart 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce (order at 3-4 green onions, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. water Assembly instructions: Combine first seven ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze.  Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Place in greased slow cooker on low for 8-9 hours. When roast is done, remove from slow cooker. Combine cornstarch and water. Pour by small amounts into slow cooker sauce until you reach desired consistency. Pour over roast. Makes 6 servings.        Our next groceries…

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 packet Garden Salsa Cheese Ball Mix (order at
½ cup sour cream
13.8 oz. tube refrigerated pizza crust
3.5 oz. pkg. pepperoni slices
2.25 oz. can black olives, drained (optional)
4 oz. can mushroom slices, drained (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
