Day 10 of 28…Dinnertime Delights..Sweet Mustard Bacon Burgers

Well…these were very good when they finally got cooked…I had asked the hubby several times to make sure and check our propane tank since we grill several times a week…got the grill pre-heated and cleaned (II know you all know where this is headed!!)  and grab the burgers and potatoes and nada…nothing…no propane!!  so I had to cook everything in the oven…400′ for about 30 mins…

Sweet Mustard Bacon Burgers

1½ lbs. lean ground beef
½ cup real bacon bits
½ cup Sweet Mustard Moppin’™ Sauce (order at
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Chipotle Seasoning (optional) (order at
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Sliced red onion (optional)
6 lettuce leaves (optional)
6 whole wheat hamburger buns

Assembly instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients; form into 6 patties and place between wax paper in gallon resealable bag. Seal well, label and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness. Toast buns, if desired. Top burgers with cheese, onions and lettuce if desired, and place on buns. Makes 6 servings.

Salt and pepper to taste
14.5 oz. can beef broth
¼ cup balsamic vinegar, such as our Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (order at
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce (order at
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
