So this is VERY delicious…moist and tasting!!  We used Chicken breast instead and grilled…make sure check out your bonus recipe…Bayou Green Beans…I love his time of the year an being able to cook straight from the garden

Vidalia Onion Chicken Thighs Recipe
A healthier option for your family dinner, this freezer meal recipe for Vidalia Onion Chicken Thighs is delicious!

10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

¾ cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing , divided (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com]

3 cups cooked brown rice
12 oz. pkg. fresh green beans
¼ cup sliced almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

directions
Assembly instructions: Combine thighs, ½ cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing and Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. On a large platter layer brown rice, cooked green beans and prepared thighs. Drizzle with remaining Vidalia® Onion Dressing and sprinkle with almonds. Makes 6 servings.

Bonus Recipe:

ingredients
1½ lbs. fresh green beans
1/4 cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
1/4 to 1/2 t Pink Peppercorn Blend

Place green beans in about 1 inch of boiling water; cover and cook 5-7 minutes. Drain;  Drizzle with Bayou Bourbon Glaze; saute 2-4 minutes or until warmed through. Season with Pink Peppercorn Seasoning.

3 cups instant rice (optional)
