Day 4 of 28….Dinnertime Delights…Honey Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry

This was so amazing…I added cubed pork steak and a can of mandarin oranges (with juice) …we had it over sticky rice…we do not like cilantro and I omitted that and the lime… Honey Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe ingredients ½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce (order at ¼ cup natural peanut butter 8 oz. wheat linguine noodles, cooked 2 lb. bag frozen stir fry vegetables ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped ½ cup cashews 2 limes, cut into wedges directions Combine first 2 ingredients in a quart resealable freezer bag; squish to mix ingredients. To the noodle bag add vegetables, salt and pepper. Place both bags in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. When ready to prepare, thaw completely. Combine all ingredients in large skillet until heated through. Top with cashews and cilantro. Serve with a few lime wedges. Tip: Thin, if needed, with a little orange juice. Stir in shrimp or cubed chicken if desired. IMG_4165IMG_4166
