Day 2 of 28…DinnerTime Delights…Smokin’ Chipotle Burgers Recipe

these were delicious and I did make some changes …we used ground beef…1 lb for the 2 of us for 2 meals…I used canned sliced pineapple…and I found sourdough rounds for our buns…I used regular cream cheese softened…AND I wrapped 2 slices of bacon around each burger…OH MY GOSH!!  And DO NOT forget the Malt Vinegar Seasoning for your fries

Smokin’ Chipotle Burgers Recipe

ingredients

2 lbs. ground turkey

2 Tbsp. Chipotle Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)

1 fresh pineapple cut into ½-inch thick rings

6 onion or wheat hamburger buns

6 lettuce leaves

Combine first 2 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish gently to mix ingredients. If desired, form into 6 patties and place between wax paper in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. When ready to prepare, thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness. In the meantime, grill pineapple slices 1-2 minutes per side. Toast buns, if desired. On bun bottom place lettuce, then burger and pineapple slice. Cover with bun top. ½ – 1 Tbsp. Chipotle Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)

8 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas

Plain Greek yogurt (optional)

Sliced green onions (optional)
