Easy London Broil Recipe

This freezer meal recipe for London Broil is so easy and flavorful – grilled steak at its finest!


1½ lbs. top round steak

1 tsp. Seasoned Salt 

add to cart

½ tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ Seasoning 

add to cart

2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning 

add to cart

¼ cup ketchup

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

¼ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze 

add to cart

½ cup orange juice

Sprinkle steak with Seasoned Salt and pepper. Poke holes in meat on both sides with a fork to allow the seasoning to soak into the steak. With a sharp knife, cut slits into steak on both sides going in both directions making rectangle shapes. Combine all ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. When ready to prepare, thaw completely. Grill steak or place under broiler 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before slicing into very thin, crosswise slices. Pour the marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Drizzle over meat, if desired. This steak is served pink in the middle for tenderness. If you feel your steak is too rare, microwave it for a minute. Serving suggestions: Serve with a baked potato and steamed veggies.
