Creamy Turkey Linguine Recipe

Added 2 T of Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and 1/4 t Pink Peppercorn Blend….delicious and VERY easy!  Perfect for busy weeknights – this creamy pasta dish is ready in 20 minutes.


  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 20 oz. pkg. turkey tenderloins, cubed (we used chicken)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. prepared, hot linguine
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed turkey; cook 5-7 minutes or until browned on all sides. In medium bowl, whisk together half & half, flour, Spinach & Herb Dip Mix and Onion Onion; add to browned turkey pieces in skillet, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 7-10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese; heat until melted. Serve over hot cooked linguine. Makes 4 servings.

  • ½ cup beer
  • 12-14 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
