Day 3 of 28…Seasonal Favorites…Smoky BBQ Sliders Recipe

Smoky BBQ Sliders Recipe…it is not quite grilling season so I made sloppy joes And added shredded cheese right before I served them…added French fries with our new malted vinegar seasoning…had them on leftover homemade rolls…SO DELICIOUS!!

  • 1½ lbs. lean ground beef
  • 2.8 oz. container French fried onions
  • 1 tsp.  Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
  • 1/3 cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
  • 12 slider-sized buns
  • 6 slices American cheese, cut into quarters
  • 12 tomato slices
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • Combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 12 sliders and place between wax paper. Place in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. 

    When ready to prepare, thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness. 

    Serving suggestion: serve two sliders on a plate with a small corn cob as a side.

  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sliced green pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
