Great Grilled White Fish Recipe


  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 4 (6-8 oz.) white fish fillets (such as tilapia)
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients; chill 2 hours. Brush each fillet with 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with Seasoned Salt to taste. Grill fish about 4 minutes per side over medium-high heat or until fish flakes easily. Serve with prepared Simply Salsa mixture. Makes 4

    • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
    • 1 cup cooked, cubed chicken
    • 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup half and half
    • 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
