Day 13 of 28…EveryDay Delicious Bayou Bourbon Chicken

we made ours into a stir fry …I added Garlic Pepper and had over sticky rice…yummy!! And easy

Bayou BourbonChicken 



Sprinkle chicken with Seasoned Salt to taste. Saute chicken in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Pour Bayou Bourbon Glaze over chicken during last few minutes of cooking; heat through. Makes 4 servings.

Our next groceries…


  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 (12-inch) French bread loaves
  • 12 slices American cheese, cut in half
  • 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. can sliced jalapenos (optional)
  • 14.5 oz. can petite tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
