Day 10 of 28….EveryDay Delicous Bayou Bourbon Beef Bowls

So we decided to use pork stew meat for this one…
Bayou Bourbon Beef Bowls
The aroma from this quick and delicious meal will have your family running to the kitchen.
Ready in: 23 minutes
Prep time: 8 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 15 minutes

12 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
1½ lbs. boneless sirloin steak
3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
14 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze (order at
3 green onions
½ cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile slice steak in ¼-inch strips. Pour 2 Tbsp. olive oil into a nonstick skillet. Add steak and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet. Add remaining oil and vegetables; saute 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak and Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Serve tossed with hot noodles or spooned over the top. Garnish with green onions and peanuts.
