Day 8 of 28 …EveryDay Delicious…Vidalia Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

We had chicken breast in the freezer so that is what I used…this was very good and next time will have it over sticky rice…lots of juice for rice on the pan.

Vidalia Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

¼ cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing (order at
¼ cup honey
¼ cup (½ stick) softened butter
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
12 (about 2 lbs.) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Serve it tonight: Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 6 ingredients. Place thighs in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish; pour over the top. Bake 45-50 minutes or until tender. Makes 6 servings.

Serve it later: Combine first 6 ingredients; pour into a large resealable freezer bag. Add chicken thighs; freeze. Thaw completely. Cook on low 5-6 hours in a greased slow cooker, or bake according to directions above.
