Day 5 of 28…EveryDay Delicious…Asiago Shrimp and Bacon Pizza

My hubby asked for chicken instead of shrimp…so here you go…

Asiago Shrimp and Bacon Pizza

Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 12 minutes

1 packet Asiago Alfredo Warm Dip Mix (order at
8 oz. softened cream cheese
6 slices bacon
12 oz. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and roughly chopped
3.8 oz. pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 2 ingredients. Cook bacon until almost crisp; crumble and set aside. Saute shrimp in bacon drippings for 1-2 minutes; drain. Unroll and press pizza dough into a greased 11 x 17 baking sheet. Warm cheese ball mixture gently in microwave; spread over crust. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven; top with shrimp, bacon and cheese. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes. Place under broiler until browned, if desired. Garnish with green onions. Makes 6 servings.

15 oz. can black beans, drained
6 (8-inch) corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Cheddar Jack cheese, reserving 1/3 cup
Sour cream and salsa for garnish (optional)
