Day 3 of 28…EveryDay Delicious…Herb Crusted Chicken Strips

This was REALLY good but I am a whimp so it was kinda spicy for me…but I kept eating it because the taste is delicious!! I halved the recipe for the 2 of us and hubby still had lunch for the next day…

Herb Crusted Chicken Strips

Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 20 minutes

1½ cups plain bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning (order at
½ tsp. salt …I used our Himalayan Sea Salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
½ cup + 1-2 Tbsp. Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce , divided (order at
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Brush chicken with ½ cup wing sauce, roll in crumb mixture to coat. Place chicken strips on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. Combine 1-2 Tbsp. wing sauce with sour cream; serve on side as a dipping sauce. Makes 6 servings.

Suggested sides: Sweet potato fries and fresh veggie sticks
