Day 28 of 30…Wildly Awesome Chicken Drumsticks

Oh my GOSH…these were some of the most delicious chicken legs I have ever had!! You will defiantly be wild about them …make sure and check out my variations

Wildly Awesome Chicken Drumsticks

8 chicken legs
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt (order yours at
½ tsp. cracked black or lemon pepper, optional
1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Infused Oil (order yours at
½ cup water
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ (order yours at
1½ tsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ (order yours at
2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ (order yours at
1-2 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp. cracked black or lemon pepper, optional
Give the chicken legs a little spritz of non-stick spray (optional) and season with Seasoned Salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet and add the seasoned drumsticks. Cook over medium heat, covered, until browned; flipping once (about 15 minutes per side). Gently add the water, then sprinkle with remaining seasonings; drizzle with the honey and squeeze the half lemon over top. Continue to cook over medium-low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking, turning the legs as needed, until the sauce is reduced and the drumsticks are sticky and tender (about 15 minutes). Makes 4 servings.

1 tablespoon butter
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sour cream
Pepper to taste
