Day 25 of 30…Corn and Ham Chowder

Now that all the holidays are over and most of the leftovers are gone I am ready to make something …I still have ham in the freezer…it is cold and raining so nothing is better than a hot bowl of soup!!

Corn and Ham Chowder
ingredients
Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
6 cups hot water
1 can corn (drained)
1 lb. cooked, cubed ham or Polish sausage
2 T Bacon Bacon (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Prepare Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup as directed on package with water. Add onions; simmer 10 minutes. Add corn and ham or sausage. Simmer additional 10 minutes. Makes 6-8

Groceries for our next meal:
1 lb. rotelle or penne pasta
4 Tbsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
4 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 packet Asiago Alfredo Warm Dip Mix (order at http://www.SimplyKimberS.com)
11 oz. pkg. tuna, drain if necessary
2 cups half and half
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
