Day 21 of 30…Mustard and Honey Dipped Meatballs

These are AMAZING…I prefer to bake our meatballs so I did at 350′ for about 15 minutes…I added a little bread crumbs…about 1/8 cup or so…had them over sticky white rice…will definitely be making them again!
Mustard and Honey Dipped Meatballs
The creamy honey mustard sauce makes the flavor of these meatballs pop!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 20 minutes

Servings: 6-8

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
1 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
1 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. yellow mustard
4 Tbsp. honey

Combine first 5 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; mix well. Freeze. Thaw completely. Form 12-18 meatballs and pan fry in oil until no longer pink or bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. Combine yellow mustard and honey and pour over meatballs. Makes about 6-8 servings.

1 14.5 oz green beans
1 14.5 oz chicken stock
1 10 3/4 oz tomato soup
1 can water
1 pound ground sausage
1 T garlic garlic
2 T onion onion
2 T Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix
