Bayou Bourbon Beef Bowls
The aroma from this quick and delicious meal will have your family running to the kitchen.
Ready in: 23 minutes
Prep time: 8 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 15 minutes

12 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
1½ lbs. boneless sirloin steak
3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
14 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables (we had home canned green beans)
½ cup **Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
3 green onions
½ cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped

Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile slice steak in ¼-inch strips. Pour 2 Tbsp. olive oil into a nonstick skillet. Add steak and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet. Add remaining oil and vegetables; saute 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak and Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Serve tossed with hot noodles or spooned over the top. Garnish with green onions and peanuts.
