Italian Quesadillas
Make your typical quesadilla, but add a little pesto flavor to make it more fitting for adults.
Ready in: 15 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6-8

2 Tbsp. **Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. water
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Cooking spray
1 cup prepared **Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix

Prepare pesto mix as directed on jar with oil and water; cool completely. Toss cooled pesto with both cheeses. Place one-fourth of cheese mixture on half of one tortilla; fold tortilla in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Spray cooking spray on both sides of tortilla halves; brown in skillet until cheese melts and tortillas are lightly browned. Cut into wedges; serve topped with warm Mama Mia Marinara Sauce. Makes 6-8 servings.



Holiday tips…one of the things I have learned is I that I want to visit on Thanksgiving more thank I want to cook and prepare…so I make sure I get as much done the day before as possible…one of the things I do is set the table…here are some neat ideas I found to try this year…

12 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
1½ lbs. boneless sirloin steak
3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
14 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
½ cup **Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
3 green onions
½ cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
