So I partied today…Tastefully Simply Style of course …I LOVE MY HOSTS…so this was perfect…I threw everything in the crockpot before I left and made sticky rice when I got home…
Bayou Bourbon Beef and Broccoli
Delicious over noodles or eaten alone for a great protein and veggie bowl option.
Ready in: 8 hours (crockpot), 10 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 8 hours
By: Tastefully Simple
Servings: 6
2 lbs. stew meat
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
2 tsp. Garlic Garlic™
½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
1 cup shredded carrots
13 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli

Combine first 9 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Put broccoli in a separate bag, if desired. Freeze. Thaw completely; place in slow cooker on low 6-8 hours or until tender. Add broccoli the last hour of cook time. If it seems dry, add ¼ cup additional Bayou Bourbon Glaze or ½ cup beef broth.

**Can also be baked in a casserole dish at 350° for approximately 2-3 hours or until tender. Add broccoli during last ½ hour of cook time. Makes about 6 servings.

Sides: serve over rice, quinoa or noodles.

I found some pork stew meat on sale so went with that…my hubby does not do frozen broccoli so subbed green beans…I also used our new Himalayan Sea Salt Blend…if you have not tried it I highly recommend it:
