Day 1 of 30 day…Asiago Alfredo Spinach Pizza

Since my hubby is on blood thinners we have to be careful with “greens” so I decided not to use the spinach but wanted to add flavor so went with tomatoes and bacon with my chicken and asiago flavor…this is a great dinner that you can make and have ready to throw in the oven (for those “gonna be late because of traffic” nights…

Asiago Alfredo Spinach Pizza
Ready in: 25 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill/Cook time: 15 minutes

1 packet Asiago Alfredo Warm Dip Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1½ cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
2 cups fresh spinach…we used tomatoes and bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine dip mix with cream cheese; spread over crust. Top with chicken, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes or until browned. Makes 6 servings.




Very very easy and yummy…and your imagination is the limit to what you can top this pizza with…hope you will join us tomorrow for Bayou Bourbon Beef and Broccoli…groceries needed for tomorrow will be…2 lbs stew meat, 2 T lime juice, 1 T Onion Onion, 2 t Garlic Garlic, 1/2 c Bayou Bourbon, 1 c shredded carrots, 13 oz can mushrooms, 2 t Ultimate Steak Seasoning, 16 oz pkg frozen broccoli, white rice or egg noodles
